Saudara One is a charming tropical retreat located just 100m from Seminyak Beach and Kudeta in Bali. With its perfect blend of Balinese charm and Western comforts, this single-story open-air villa provides a paradise for travelers to relax after a day of exploration. The villa consists of three bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms, featuring two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a smaller third room suitable for one or two small children. For larger groups, the two villas can be interconnected. With a maximum capacity of 4 adults per villa, Saudara One offers a full-time Butler service to take care of housekeeping, concierge, and cooking needs, making it an ideal choice for families in need of an extra pair of hands. Combine Saudara One and Two together for accommodation for up to 12 guests.
Our service
+ A full-time, Private Butler (8 hours per day*) to look after all the minutiae of your stay. We’re talking bed making, bathroom sparklification, prepare delicious meals** at your request, to make spa and restaurant bookings, to organise day tours or simply having an extra pair of hands to help with the kids! You name it! The standard nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can accommodate up to an extra two children charged at $25 AUD per person per night.
+ Villa Security team from 5 pm until 7 am, seven days a week
+ 24-hour guest services support from your Guest Relations Manager Wayan
+ Private driver for return airport transfers for direct booking stays 5 nights or greater (One trip each way is included. Extra charge for additional trips apply) Stays less than 5 nights do not include airport transfers but can be arranged for a fee of 250k***
* Please note any guests that require a check-in after 10 PM at night, must commit to using our driver service(cost of 250k per trip if not included with your stay)

Our bedrooms
+ 2 King bedrooms, each with an ensuite attached
+ 1 Junior King bedroom without ensuite. This smaller sized room can also be configured as an enclosed lounge or with two single beds at your request and is best suited for children as it does not have its own bathroom.

+ All linen including bedding, towels and pool towels. We are happy for the pool towels to be used at the beach as long as they are returned.

Additional details

*** Stays less than 3 nights that arrive after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge.
**** Standard pricing per night covers 4 guests. Up to two additional guests(recommended children only or one adult) are charged at $25 AUD per person. Additional guests may be able to stay in some circumstances for an additional fee of $40 AUD per person per night regardless of adult or child. This covers the hire of the additional bed, airport pick up(if applicable) and linen, plus all other incidentals associated with having an extra person in the villa as provided in our standard inclusions. Children two years and under that will sleep in a cot will be charged $10 AUD per night of stay which includes the hire of the cot and linen.
