The pricing for Saudara SUNSHINE includes up to 4 guests. In some cases we may be able to arrange for an extra guest at an additional cost of $50 AUD per extra person per night.
One cot is complimentary for children aged two years and under who are counted within the included guest numbers. Any additional children aged two years and under (beyond the included guest total) who require a cot will be charged $20 AUD per night, which also includes cot and linen hire.
Please note that the extra guest fee applies even if children share a bed with parents, as there are additional costs involved in hosting more guests at the villa.
We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance to ensure that everything offered at the time of booking can be delivered for your stay.

Minimum: 10-night minimum for stays during Christmas and/or New Year's dates. A 7 Night minimum for any other stays during this period that do not fall on Christmas or NYE/DAY
Rate: $525 AUD per night, which includes all taxes and service charges. applies to the dates above.
