Onze service;
+ Een fulltime P rivate Butler (8 uur per dag **) om voor alle details van uw verblijf te zorgen. We hebben het over het opmaken van bedden, het opdoen van de badkamer, heerlijke maaltijden * op uw verzoek, een extra paar handen om te helpen met de kinderen! Noem maar op*!
+ Villa Security-team van 17.00 uur tot 07.00 uur, zeven dagen per week

Onze slaapkamers;
+ 2 King slaapkamers, elk met aangrenzende ensuite
+ 1 Junior King slaapkamer zonder ensuite. Deze kleinere kamer kan op verzoek ook worden ingericht als een afgesloten lounge of met twee eenpersoonsbedden.
+ Alle linnengoed inclusief beddengoed, handdoeken en inclusief badlakens. We zijn blij dat de badhanddoeken op het strand kunnen worden gebruikt, zolang ze worden geretourneerd.

Alle extra's die we bevatten;
+ Winkelen / Boodschappenservice. Omdat het laatste dat u wilt doen, is winkelen als u op vakantie bent! Zorg dat de koelkast gevuld is met enkele van je musthaves, vooral als je met een late vlucht aankomt!
+ We hebben een gevulde mini-bar met snacks, magnum-ijsjes, drankjes, bier, wijn champagne (een must) en alles tegen supermarktprijzen om ervoor te zorgen dat de nachtelijke munchies goed worden verzorgd

** Standaard werktijden van Butler zijn van 08.00 uur tot 16.00 uur of via onderhandeling. Voor overuren wordt een nominaal uurtarief in rekening gebracht.
*** Extra gasten kunnen onder bepaalde omstandigheden verblijven tegen een extra vergoeding van $ 40 AUD per persoon per nacht, ongeacht de volwassene of het kind. Dit dekt de huur van het extra bed, linnengoed en alle andere incidentele kosten in verband met het hebben van een extra persoon in de villa, zoals voorzien in onze standaard insluitsels. Voor kinderen van twee jaar en jonger die in een kinderbedje slapen, wordt $ 10 AUD per nacht in rekening gebracht.

The villa is located 100m from Eat Street and right in the heart of Seminyak and action and about 250m from some bars that operate music at night, therefore please be aware that there may be some background sounds at night which is pretty fair trade off in our opinion given the extreme convenience of the location.
Your SERVICE.
+ Private Butler (8 hours/day): Your Female English Speaking Butler will work exclusively for your group in your own villa providing daily support with housekeeping, meal preparation, reservations and concierge services, and personal laundry arrangements. Your Butler can help out with your kids during the day(should you want to have a quick lunch or massage child-free). They can stay on for extra hours at a small hourly fee should you want extended babysitting).

+ Night Security Team: On duty from 5pm to 7am, 7 days a week.

Finer DETAILS.
* Standard Butler working hours are 8 am - 4 pm or by negotiation. Overtime hours will incur a extra small hourly fee.
** Cost of meals is at an additional cost and can be found on our in-villa menus {HERE} Meals cannot be prepared on day of arrival due to time restraints.
*** Guests that wish to check in after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge should it not be included as part of your stay.
**** Our Standard Rate includes the specified numbers as detailed above(adults & children combined). Additional Guests are charged at 500k IDR (~$50 AUD) per night per person.
Infants (under 2 years old) and who are Included in the guest quota are eligible for a complimentary cot, stroller & highchair.
Infants (under 2 years old) who exceed the included guest quota will be charged a nightly fee of $10 AUD per night which will include; a cot, stroller & highchair bundle.
