+ A daily housekeeping & concierge service! We’re talking bed making, and bathroom sparklification, to make sure your space is in a perfect way for absolute relaxation. Your staff can organise your washing requirements at the local laundry(cost is the receipt from the laundry only), make restaurant, beach club, daily driver and spa reservations and any added extras that will help make your stay as comfortable as possible. + Night Security Team: On duty from 5pm to 7am, 7 days a week. + Daily Pool Attendant + 24/7 Guest Support: Your dedicated Guest Relations Manager is always available. + Private Driver Airport Pick Up: One Complimentary car for stays of 5+ nights. For stays under 5 nights, transfers are available for 250k IDR (approx. $25 AUD) per trip. Stays that arrive after 9 pm will be required to use our driver service at the applicable charge.
